I need you... in the library. hahaha

I was gone for a week this time. 7 whole days. And when Chase got home from work the afternoon I arrived, we just hugged and hugged. And some of the first words out of his sweet little mouth were I need you.

If that isn't enough to make a woman's heart sing..

Of course he made this statement just after he told me about all the laundry and cleaning he had to do. But, we women take all the compliments we can get...:)

I am looking forward to a few things coming up! Cleaning up the house in MH this weekend (I'm using the term looking forward loosely. I am really just looking forward to the cleaning being done), hopefully interviewing for a job here in Rogers next week, my new Nikkor camera lens should be here by Monday, and the pool here should be opening soon! I can see myself with sunglasses and a bottle of lemonade hanging out by the pool, getting some sun, reading, and watching the little kids play. Mmmmmm don't you get excited just thinking about it?!

Definitely need to get some good books from the library to read by the pool though. I would be hard pressed to find a place that soothes my soul as much as the library. They are QUIET, full of knowledge, and there are no rules. No REAL rules. You can walk in wearing gym shorts, a t-shirt, flip flops, and hat to cover wild and crazy hair and sit indian style on the floor browsing through the bottom shelf trying to find something to bury your nose in. And nobody cares. It is magnificent. And there is nothing better than going with your Momma.

We took our coffee's and headed to library.

We check out several books a piece and then swap them when we are done. Yes, I picked out the romance one. Sometimes they are interesting. lol




Sometimes I'm at war with myself though. I don't want to be stuck in a book too long or I feel I will miss out on the pretty green stuff.



It seems summer lasts only a few weeks and I don't want to miss it!


I am taking the Nikon to MH this weekend and I need people to snap pictures of. I need practice for a special event in July that I will be helping shoot. I won't have my new lens with me but it will still be fun! Let me know if you've got some free time!
